How are designers selected?

Designers are selected through a structured screening process that looks at design quality, inventory levels, photo quality and more. Firstly, candidates must fill out an application form that will require much information about the brand. If chosen, someone from Fabricly will be in touch to discuss the specifics of the relationship. We want to create a tailor-made experience that will work best for each designer.

How do I upload my collection?

After the screening process is completed, you will be have access to the Fabricly dashboard. The dashboard will help you manage inventory levels, photo presentation, item descriptions, and more. With this tool you will be able to manage product at your convenience. However, products will only go live in accordance with Fabricly’s promotional schedule (which you, no doubt, will be very much a part of).

Will I get reimbursed for shipping fees?

Yes. Your shipping reimbursement will appear in your monthly payment from Fabricly.

How do I update inventory?

With the Fabricly dashboard, you will be in control of inventory levels on the site. Let’s say you sell your line in a brick-and-mortar shop as well, this means that you can modify stock availability as soon as outside sales have been made.

When do I get paid?

Payments are distributed once a month. This includes sales and shipping reimbursements.

How much money do I get paid as a designer? How much does Fabricly get?

The designer is in control of the pricing structure.

What are Fabricly’s rights to the designs?

We don’t claim any rights. We will use your logo and any visuals you provide to promote your product, but that’s it.
