Returns & Refunds

It is important to us that you are completely in love with your Fabricly garment. However, in order to not conflict with our designer's terms, we must enforce a strict return policy.

Return Policy / Instructions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed
  • Merchandise must have all original tags attached

All returns must be approved by Fabricly prior to shipment. Please send a return request to care@fabricly.com with your Order Number, and the reason for your return. Upon receipt of a Return Authorization Number and return address from Fabricly, complete the Merchandise Return/Exchange Form that was sent with your original package and include this completed form in your shipment.

Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Fabricly cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages that we did not ship. Please retain the tracking information for your records.

Refunds & Processing Time:

If your package arrives at Fabricly within the 30 day window specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 7 business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Fabricly. Allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact a customer service representative immediately at care@fabricly.com, or call us at 1-212-675-2112.
