How do pre-orders work?
Some collections that are available on Fabricly are produced on-demand. This means that you place a pre-order, and once the pre-sale period is closed, Fabricly will produce it and ship it to you. Production times vary for each collection. Most items are manufactured and shipped in between 2-6 weeks. For pre-orders your credit card will be verified but not charged, and your card is only charged when the item goes into production.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Is this site secure?
Fabricly takes every precaution to give you peace of mind when you place an order with us.
When you enter sensitive information on Fabricly, it is sent to our secure servers via industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. This protects your personal information while it is transmitted to us. All credit card data is encrypted in a secure, PCI compliant environment. Fabricly carries out regular security audits at the application and network levels

How do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is only charged to orders shipped to states where Fabricly has a physical presence. Currently Fabricly only has a presence in New York which means that orders being shipped to anywhere in New York state are subject to a 8.875% sales tax. Sales tax will show up as part of the order total before you confirm your order.
How can I check the status of my order?

Can I change my order?
Yes, you can definitely change your order. For pre-orders, you can make any changes up until the day we begin production. For in-stock orders, you can make changes any time up until an hour before your order is shipped. Email our customer care representatives at care@fabricly.com with your order number and requested changes, and we will do our very best to help you.

What if an item is sold out?
We're so sorry that the item you love is sold out! Please feel free to contact our buying department to ask about any future shipments for this style or designer designers@fabricly.com. Also make sure to sign up for our newsletter so that we can keep you informed on any new items, and we can make sure that you won't miss out again!
